Are you seeing a pattern in who they file their cases against and the kinds of issues they file their cases against?  If you noted that all their cases are against Democrats and Liberal and Progressive causes, you just won today's prize.  And just in case you are wondering if the other four pages are different, let me assure you that Hillary Clinton and the Obama Administration are by far the leading recipients of Judicial's Watch's campaign to ensure public probity  "Because No One Is Because The Law."

Their records tell us that apparently Republicans and Republican Administrations always obey the law because there is a distinct dearth of Republicans, or Conservatives, or Tea Baggers or anyone else whose policy positions are to the left of Adolph Hitler that they have pursued  To be fair and above board, they did file an FOIA suit against Dick Cheney attempting to pry the proceedings of the secret energy talks he was having but they were unsuccessful.   Note, however, that the recent 7 FOIA suits against Hillary Clinton over her e-mails has thus far been unsuccessful but as we all know this is ongoing.  But get this, the EIGHTEEN prior cases they filed against the Clintons since 1994 have all been resolved - the last of this batch just last year. But despite never giving up, none of the 26 or 27 cases filed against Clinton has ever resulted in a single civil or criminal charge.

Judicial Watch is a conservative organization - they state this on their web site, although they are a 501c(3) outfit as well and, as their site states they are a "bi-partisan" charitable organization, and are, therefore, a tax exempt "education organization" - but their actions in support of anti-LGBT legislation, their support of Voter ID Laws, their opposition to same sex marriage, their focus on Democrats seems to give lie to their bi-partisan claims, at least based on the facts of who it is that they actually pursue.  They were founded in 1994.  You can read more about them on Wikipedia   JUDICIAL WATCH.

This is the organization that has brought us the IRS, Benghazi and Fast and Furious "scandals" as well as the current Hillary Clinton e-mail scandal.

Here's Judicial Watch's positions:

The bulk of Judicial Watch's cases involve transparency in government and government integrity, and the organization has taken positions on a wide range of issues.  Judicial Watch supports:
  • High standards of ethics and morality in our nation's public life;
  • Conservative goals of accountability and openness in government through freedom of information legislation; and
  • Increasing public awareness of corruption and misconduct by government officials;
Judicial Watch is conservative and believes in limited government, individual liberty, the free market, traditional values, and a strong national defense. However, Judicial Watch recognizes that corruption is nonpartisan and non- ideological.
According to David Corn, Judicial Watch uses litigation as its primary tool.
But if you think Judicial Watch is pursuing Dennis Hastert, or Wall Street, or Exxon, or KBR or Colin Powell and Condolezza Rice, you would be wrong.  As I noted above, apparently Republicans are all perfectly law abiding citizens

When Hillary Clinton declared in 1998 that there appeared to be a right wing conspiracy out to get her and Bill, this is what she was talking about.  And Judicial Watch hasn't given up on its continuing efforts to destroy Democrats, Obama and Hillary since then.
Recall Judicial Watch's motto:  "Because No one Is Above The Law."
Are you beginning to get the picture?
